Reservations & Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required to reserve any of our event spaces.
If it is necessary to cancel, you may be subject to cancellation fees. Functions canceled less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the event will be charged the appropriate room rental fee, food minimum, and any other contracted charges.
Duration of Events
All social events are booked on a per party basis. Additional time will be billed at the regular room rate.
Standard Set Up
Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Restaurant will provide all standard event set up. Set up service includes placement of the tables and chairs based on the client’s request. Wilde Rover will not be responsible for the setup of event décor, favors, programs, etc. The installation of such items will be the responsibility of the guest and must be completed during the one and one half (1-1/2) hours provided prior to the contracted time.
Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Restaurant offers a wide selection of premium wines, beer, and liquors to compliment you event. All beverages are purchased on a per drink basis. Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Restaurant is the only authorized licensee to sell and serve alcoholic beverages within our establishment.
If any property of Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Restaurant is damaged; specifically walls, carpet, linen, woodwork, etc., the guest will be charged a damage fee up to and including the cost of repairs. Additionally, all goods provided by customer are the responsibility of the customer; Wilde Rover accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods provided by a customer or outside vendor.
